About
Razzmatazz is Barcelona's biggest club infrastructure. Opened in 2000 in a former industrial warehouse in Poblenou, on Carrer dels Almogàvers, the complex stacks five rooms over two floors : the Razzclub (2,100), the Loft (940), Lolita (200) and two more. Each room its own genre, from indie rock to techno, under one roof.
For calrave, it's the Loft and the big techno nights that count. The hard end pulls the heavyweights : Oscar Mulero drops his long sets here, with Rødhåd, Chris Liebing, Ben Sims and Héctor Oaks coming through across the Yanamaste invites, Kaos and Machine nights. In autumn, Fury Festival plants its Halloween warehouse rave here (hard techno).
Half locals half tourists, Razzmatazz is the opposite of Barcelona's purist clubs like Input or Nitsa : here you come for the big format and the spread of rooms. The trick is that one ticket moves between rooms, so you can go from the Loft's techno to something else without leaving. Metro L1 (Marina) or L4 (Bogatell), right in Poblenou.
