Industrial techno is the genre's darkest, most physical strain : machine rhythms, distortion and noise pushed to the front, hypnotic and oppressive by design. It's less about the groove than the atmosphere, a wall of metal you fall into. On calrave it lives mostly on festival and warehouse stages. Lyon's 23:59 carries it among the collectives, and you'll find it deep in the programs of Astropolis in Brest, Aquasella in the Asturian mountains, CODE Festival near Madrid and Organïk's Paris raves.
