Thunder, the Paris hard techno arm of Amnexia agency
Thunder is the hard techno and acid format of Amnexia agency (SAS, 2016), residing across the Mia Mao / Kilomètre25 / Studio Saglio cluster in Paris. About ten roster artists (Helen Frey, Lauwend, Cyur, Enfan), systematic no-photo policy, and a 2026 tour reaching into Besançon, Lille and Toulouse.

🎚️ Amnexia's hard arm
Thunder is not a standalone collective : it's the hard techno and acid format of the Paris-based agency Amnexia (SAS, 2016), which runs several identities under the same roof (Thunder for hard, Coliseum and Mind for other aesthetics). Amnexia kicked off at Petit Bain in 2016, Thunder ran its first nights at Glazart before Covid, then settled into a residency at Seguin Sound in 2021 at reopening. Seven years on, Thunder is one of the most active hard techno collectives on the Parisian scene, distinct from Organïk through no eco-commitment and 100% focus on acid/hard curation, and distinct from Polyamor through a Paris-only footprint where Polyamor tours internationally.
🎤 The roster showcase
Thunder's structural differentiator is its dual role : event collective and booking agency under the same company. The Thunder Agency roster lists about ten names : Enfan, Cyur, Aresklas, DNNS, DSTBL, Gonzi, H! Dude, Helen Frey, Le Wanski, Lauwend. Thunder nights are as much about programming guests as showcasing the artists they manage. A rarely integrated agency-collective model in the French hard techno scene, where booking and event-promotion usually stay separate.
🏛️ The Mia Mao, Km25, Studio Saglio cluster
Thunder runs near-monthly residencies through the Parisian club cluster Mia Mao / Kilomètre25 / Studio Saglio / La Rhapsodie, mostly around the 19th and the Right Bank. June 5 ships a double-bill the same night : William Luck and Schlass at Studio Saglio at 10 PM, then Slvl, Boticka and Helen Frey at Kilomètre25 from 11:59 PM. June 12 brings A.N.I., Le Bard and Ling Ling to Mia Mao, where the venue's no-photo / no-video policy is part of the safe-space stance, a sharp contrast with the majority of Paris hard techno events that lean Instagram-content. Thunder also sits on Shotgun's La Carte multi-venue pass, which hops between Mia Mao, Km25, Glazart and Jardin21 each weekend.
📍 Thunder in 2026
The agenda is dense and spills beyond Paris : Besançon on 29 May, Lille (Kodz Open Air) on 30, then the Thunder Festival Sud in Toulouse from 5 to 7 June, and Toulouse again on 27 June for Thunder x Interference. In Paris, six June dates across Mia Mao, Km25, Studio Saglio, La Rhapsodie and Afterline. Plus a wider crossover : Get In Step x Thunder at Le Kilowatt in Vitry on 8 August, bridging drum & bass with hard techno.
